Außergewöhnlich ist das Hotel in der Tat: das Personal verrichtet außergewöhnlich desinteressiert seinen Job. Ob beim Check in oder beim Frühstück, als Gast fühlt man sich richtig schlecht, das Personal von der Beschäftigung mit dem Smartphone abzuhalten. Die Frühstückszeiten: erst auf Nachfrage! WLAN: funktioniert nicht; aus der Dusche kommt nur lauwarmes Wasser, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, die Bettwäsche...

"The air conditioning did not work properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was frequently interrupted. I found several long hairs in the room, likely from the cleaning staff, and the TV was also not functioning. Overall, it was a bad experience. You can get much better value for your money elsewhere.

"we had a wonderful experience the staff was very friendly and helpful and took us out on lots of activities and we saw an amazing amount of wildlife in a very short period of time. The place is very beautiful and tranquil. I would highly recommend it and give it five stars.
