"The staff welcomed us by the ferry where they came to pick us up. They were warm and nice. The rooms were cute and cosy. Food was made by order. They would always ask if we wanted to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and asked what time we wanted it to be ready. "The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! "
