"I only stayed one night but this place was excellent and I will definitely be back. Super warm and friendly welcome, and excellent communication in advance of arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, set in a beautiful property. The sherry in the room was a cherry on the top of all this! "We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "We got there late due tp far travels. They waoted for us. We were greeted with friendliness and made us feel at home. Slept well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and warm and cozy. We had friendly breakfast."

"Not as advertised! The roof leaked so much the entire bedroom got flooded! All our stuff got soaked. At some points there was NO WATER (This outside of when the electricity didn't work). It was also very noisy as the tree kept slamming the tin roof at night. Depending on your preference the mattresses are all quite hard. The wifi didn't work even though it said connected. "
