"The hotel has only 1 level and the rooms are like around the building. As we reached super early at the hotel, the manager was kind enough to let us upgrade our room and checked in early as well. Staffs were nice n helpful too. Mydin and bus station were very nearby too."

"The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas."

"Food centre is right down stair of the hotel, very convenient. Bed come with only 1 pillow, just a own preference to have 2 pillow instead. For air conditional at room 410, even turned on to 16 degree with highest fan speed, yet do not feel like 16 degree, perhaps need some servicing to the air conditional."

"Overall, spacious place for the whole family and the design is modern - good for Eid photo shooting. A few points of improvement are the overall cleanliness of the unit i.e. the doors, the plates and mugs, the cabinet, the smoking smell etc and the unavailability of certain necessary things such as toilet papers, tissue papers, handwash, sugar. A good investment in the long term is to provide aircond in the third room and a heater in the second bathroom."

"The house itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bedsheets were clean and towels provided. Check in was easy and communication with owner was good. However a few things need to be done to make it a better stay. Firstly, there was dust at all the window frames and on the fans - my sister who was allergic to dust sneezed throughout the stay. There was no water heater in both the bathrooms at the house - this was not an issue for my family, but it would have been much more comfortable if...
