"Very spacious property's and very clean. Staff and security personal very polite."

"Clean and nice place. But we've got only have 1 access card to access elevator and room power source where difficult if one of the family member want to go out for awhile. Also, we cannot bring outside food to the hotel room since I have a baby so i need to stay at the hotel while my husband bring back food to me for dinner but security scold him telling him prohibited to bring outside food. It is quite not quite customer friendly"

"This is our third time staying here during festive season (Hari Raya/ Eid Fitr). Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Quite comfortable to sleep with decent quality bed. Surrounding area have a lot of restaurant, cafes and retail establishments."

"The hotel cleanliness very bad. (Dusty & “kepam smells”). My sister‘s room sink was broken, no foot pad (lapik kaki), tv remote not function. Pool ok for kids. Nice beach view.. No receptionist at 6am to check out. Difficult to me ths morning. Overall my trip ok. *advice to hotel- please do housekeeping and check the room bfore handover key to guest. "
