"I wish we stayed longer! There was so much that this resort has to offer! We came late due to the flight, but we got to experience their many pools, the hot tub/cave sauna, the acupuncture stones. How we wish to see their mini town, slides and zoo! What I also like about this resort is that they provide insect repellant/lotion that keeps the bugs away from you and that really helped with our comfortability there. "The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall. Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish. The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful."

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead offered us a complimentary room, which we did not take."
