I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "I wish we stayed longer! There was so much that this resort has to offer! We came late due to the flight, but we got to experience their many pools, the hot tub/cave sauna, the acupuncture stones. How we wish to see their mini town, slides and zoo! What I also like about this resort is that they provide insect repellant/lotion that keeps the bugs away from you and that really helped with our comfortability there. The only downside was the breakfast food. I wish they had more Malay dishes for...
