"I have booked hotel for one night that is for 11-12 June 2025. But Expedia staff has given day stay voucher to hotel wrongly and hotel denied the room saying that your booking is for day. It was night stay booking.i have not got stay please refund my full amount."

Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"This property is located in shaken MIDC - mostly surrounded by small shops and some slums. Hotel Room itself was good except it was not having refrigerator as it was out of service. Hotel staff was good and co-operative. Hotel basement area is not clean & smelly with food which needs a lot of improvement. Hotel car parking also needs to be clean and hygiene."

"The workers are very nice. Sometimes the front dest forgets small requests. Very frugal on toilet paper. The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. The window in the bath is always dirty and there is noise usually coming from there maybe because it’s next to the air conditioner. The crew overall is kind and always tries to help."
