"The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable."

"There were roaches runnin around my room, the AC unit in the room had literal mushrooms and mold growing from it, the shower was icy cold, the floor was filthy, the toilet had fecal marks and hair all over it, used rolls of toilet paper with ruins stains on it."
