"Very calm and relaxing environment with everything you could ask for in a hotel. Staff were very nice and inviting, with rooms perfectly clean and exactly as advertised. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool/hot tub are just as cleanly. Would absolutely return!"

"This is a bit of a dated hotel, but it was still fairly nice. Our rooms air conditioner was totally frosted over, so not working. The maintenance guy was really nice and came right away. They moved us to a slightly nicer room before they even had him come though. The pool area was really nice and the pool was really warm. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. "

When there was a mix up in our reservation and we were almost out of a room, he put on his super hero cape and got us a room on the perfect floor with an excellent view. Thank you, Brady, you're the man! And Malcolm, the bartender was as friendly as he could be to my daughter, granddaughter and me. He made us laugh and kept a smile on our faces during our interactions! It was PERFECT! I am truly impressed with Springhill...
