The main building is fine but my daughter was stuck in an additional block of the hotel which was adjacent to the laundry room! "After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly.
