"The communication from the moment I inquired about the property and throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the location was ideal for walking around Nafplio."

"Beautiful hotel, well located near the bustling of the town yet away enough to be restful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel is beautifully designed down to every details as so that it feels elevated but charming and cozy, from the room to the lobby. Included breakfast was great, miles away from your generic hotel buffet. The room had everything a great hotel should have down to the extra amenities kit. Beautiful wine cellar in the...

When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. There were 2 twin beds pushed together and no extra beds in the room. The mattresses were as hard as boards and very...

"The only positive thing about our stay was the friendly staff member who greeted us at the reception. Aside from that, everything else was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small—when staying as three people, there’s barely any space left even to put your suitcases. The bathroom is very dim, and the glass door offers no privacy. The shower is tiny and narrow, and it takes about 15 minutes for the hot water to come on. The showerheads are old and in poor condition. Not even a single bottle...

"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. Our room was not cleaned daily and there were...
