"As for the staff you get English or German for language. If you dont speak those they dont seem to want to help you. The pool and sauna were great, the jacuzzi/hot tub were kind of cold. Location is great and breakfast was great."

"Very nice outdoor swimingpool with mountain river, grate indoor swimingpool with long double or single slide . A very extensive and delicious buffet breakfast. Clean room and very comfortable ."
