"We had a great stay at this hotel, bed was comfortable, large bathroom, great shower and wonderful view of the Rhine."

"The worst experience. Room was on full air conditioning and staff had no idea what to do. Had to wear a hat and coat in the room. Restaurant was terrible and over priced. Waiter literally tossed my plate down and food was almost inedible. Airport shuttle was half hour late. Do not stay jere!"
