There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer. "
