"フロントの女性。。。綺麗な人だったけれど、笑顔の一つもなく。エレベーターの位置の説明もなく。。。不快な感じだった。パンプスのサイズが合ってないのか？パコパコとさせながらダラダラと歩いている姿も見られた。他のフロントの男性は笑顔で声をかけてくれたり「ごゆっくり」など声をかけてくれたりしたけれど、今まで宿泊してきたホテルの中では、最も不快なフロント対応だった。室内は広めでベッドもゆったりとしていた枕元近くにコンセントもあり、過ごしやすかったアメニティに関しては、緑茶のティーバックしか置いてなくて残念だった使い捨てのスリッパは小さめ。大足の私達には履きづらかった。サイズ変更出来たのだろうか？ "

"It was nice to get away from the tourist areas for a time. Might be a challenge for non-English speakers but the staff was super-friendly and the outdoor onsen with a view of the ocean is worth it. Not really near anything but the staff drove us to a restaurant and we took a cab back. We visited Himeji before we arrived but didn't want to stay anyplace there so used a locker and then stayed the night in Ako. It is away from the Shinkansen line but not too far, take a taxi from the station. 2...

There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."
