The lady at the reception tried to help me, but in the end she sent me somewhere completely different from where I wanted to go. The Wi-Fi works, but it’s not very fast. The room is cleaned every day. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I couldn’t heat the room on a chilly evening."

Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options."
