it's was really nice and beautiful hotel with stunning river view . quite location and conviennent . may come back again if come to this part of switzerland . for me personally , the mattress is the room is a bit hard . if softer will be more comfortable . but everything else was what i needed.

We had an enchanting time and made all the better by our host on check in called Ana. She was soo helpful and friendly. She checked us in early, gave us vouchers to spend at the HR Giger museum, which was our main goal of our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving breakfast was also extremely lovely. Would 100% stay here again. Visited in September 2024

Perfect location. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous building, a little dated but that added to the charm. Would absolutely stay here again

Fantastic hotel, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Staff very warm and welcoming and the hotel is in the perfect location.

The evening staff were very helpful and nice to speak to; they were very accommodating for our 2 dogs too; thank you!

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Gruyeres. The staff was super friendly. There's a lovely restaurant and bar attached to the hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. The food was fantastic with good gluten free choices which is sometimes hard to find, even the breakfast buffet had special bread on request. We were there in August and the room was hot but a fan was supplied. Lovely place to spend a few days!

Wonderful place in the mountains above Montreux with glorious views up to the mountains and down to lake Geneva. In summer you can sit outside enjoying the views, in colder weather you can tuck up by the huge fireplace. Very peaceful. It is located moments from the railway to bring you into Montreux. The fondue is excellent too. The only improvement would be a residents lounge to relax in.

Lovely guest house in a stunning setting

amazing people and staff , pretty , efficient and always willing to help , great location a must visit if in that part of world, also must walk around the village area , next time would like to stay in the village hotel offers great food and local wine is abs super . tks to Jean nd his team ..annalina , sanlina and sophie ... Lovely bg room with balcony overlooking the lake (on 2nd floor), excellent breakfast, freshly baked bread and swiss cheese, nice meats, yoghurt, full selection of coffees, really nice. Given a Montreux Riveria Card on arrival, very friendly and professional check-in, good car parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bathroom slightly dated (perfectly satisfactory) but room modern, clean and big, very comfortable bed. Excellent value.

Excellent location in the middle of the village. 3 mins walk from the castle and Giger museum. Lovely clean rooms. Staff were great. Restaurant is good. Whats not to like?
