"There is everything you need here. The accommodation has enough space to move around. The beach is right on your doorstep and the boardwalk within a few metres means you cann walk into the town in 20 minutes. Staff are very Good with any query or help needed. Our stay in May/June meant the traffic outside was very light and restaurant reservations were easy. Locals tell me this is very different in August, which is what you would expect for this location. We had a fantastic time and will return"

"We loved our stay at Residence!! The property is in such an amazing location - 20 seconds walk from lots of restaurants, bars, shops and more, yes it's quiet and private. Luana and the staff were super friendly and keep the rooms and common areas so clean and tidy. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!! "

"The suite was large, clean and had all that we needed- a little fridge, a few dishes, lots of space to relax - comfy bed, big bathroom, easy access to everything-beaches, shopping, restaurants, the staff were very helpful- just phone thr number provided and they explained where to park. The lot seems a little sketchy but our car was safe and there was never an issue in the time we were there. Lots of people come and go so finding a space wasn’t an issue. "

"This is a very small boutique hotel that has been recently updated. It only has 4 rooms and just stairs /no elevator FYI. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing to note is anywhere in the tourist district is quite noisy at night. This is no fault of the hotel, just a heads up to others that the streets are all very narrow and clay tile so sounds carries very easily. "My husband and I stayed at Uma Casa à Beira Sol for our 10-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and full of charm.
