"When I arrived the elevator in the 4 story building was broken with no indication of when it would be fixed. I had to walk up and down 4 floors of stairs anytime I wanted to get to or leave my room. I carried my luggage as well. I feel even though it was a weekend , There should have been an emergency service to repair the elevator. There was no apology or offer of compensation due to the lack of an elevator. I am 71 and in good shape but my knees were getting sore and I was slightly out of breath every time I reached my floor. The breakfast was a mix of cold scrambled (probably powdered ) eggs, bacon and make your own toast. The English muffins were already stale. You could make your own waffles with some mystery batter. The coffee was not good and the hot water for tea tasted like it had coffee remnants in it. The lobby looked clean and the staff were friendly. "
