The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The downstairs bars were cluttered with things and needed a good clear out, this made it not very inviting to have a drink. The hotel is in an ideal place in the centre of town which was ideal for what we wanted. "

"Hotel grounds were lovely. Booked mainly to use the gym but it was £20 extra and didn’t open till 8am (so not ideal if staying for business - but I should’ve checked prior). Bathrooms could do with a refresh. "
