"The hotel is good and well maintained. The food was good, and the staff were generally kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. My European Type C travel plug adapter went missing from my room after the cleaning service. I reported the issue to reception, but initially, the only response I received was an apology. After raising the issue several times, I was eventually given another adapter, but it was not as useful or suitable as the one I had lost. For me, however, the main issue is not the value of the adapter, but the feeling of trust and security. Having a personal item disappear from my room after cleaning was very concerning, and I expected the hotel to take the matter more seriously and investigate what had happened. Overall, the hotel itself is good, but this experience unfortunately affected my impression of my stay."

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour à cet hotel grâce aux vues à couper le souffle et au charmant village en bas de la côte. Les chambres ont besoin d'amour, mais les antiquités étaient presque attendrissantes. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur une chambre avec balcon et chaises, ce qui était parfait pour l'apéro. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. La piscine était froide et il aurait fallu y passer le tamis, mais ce n'était pas trop dérangeant. L'ambiance et le décor sont fantastiques, ce qui compense amplement. Le personnel était serviable. Par contre, avoir du service au bar n'était pas facile. Très long d'obtenir - par exemple - un sceau rempli de glace et des coupes pour le vin. Le restaurant de l'hotel était bon (sans plus) et abordable (surtout la table d'hôte). Très proche de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique."
