Room was very nice lovely bathroom highly recommended lovely foyer simple but stylish would defo book again stayed in a few in reus the best one yet"

"Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised."

"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!!
