Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! "Totally overpriced. They charged 88 eur/chf for one person, without breakfast, non-refundable, prepaid at time of booking. The room was nice. But the place is in the middle of nowhere and it is totally off-season now. A high price considering these factors. In a nice little city like Marciac e.g. i paid 64 eur for a comparable room even in a city and incl. a good breakfast. And it was refundable. Well it was my choice to book here, cant blame anyone for that. But: When i arrived here the hotel...
