"Lovely clean property throughout, rooms comfortable, we had a twin room and plenty of room and storage, bathroom with good shower. no bar or restaurant at property (but plenty of places to eat close by), Breakfast nothing special although nothing wrong either.
Great location, walking distance to old town, restaurants shops very close.
Overall nice clean property."

"Les chambres auraient besoin d‘un petit rajeunissement, particulièrement les matelas. Le rapport qualité-prix demeure tout à fait raisonnable pour un hébergement trois étoiles. Le supplément pour avoir une chambre avec vue sur la ville en vaut la peine!"

"The night-shift receptionist was extremely rude and strange. I came to the hotel to check in and said hi, but he didn't even look at me. After 1-2 minutes, he turned to me and asked what I wanted in a very rude way. What do you think I want? I have my luggage with me and am waiting for you to check me in. The room wasn't very clean, but it was okay. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was very old, but the cleaning staff was nice though. "

"My stay at Hotel Espana in Sarajevo was great. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. They even called a taxi for me, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it."
