"Rancho Kuxtal feels like discovering an idyllic secret. It's so small and tucked away off the tourist route in Yucatan. Kasie and Victor are such welcoming hosts and we felt totally at ease. There are masses of animals - domesticated, wild and somewhere in between. Cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, ducks, iguana, birds and of course the horses. They're all so loved and well cared for. "Very nice apartment on the second floor in a house located right on the beach with a big balcony with sea view. Communication worked nicely and the housekeeper is very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. Just be aware that El Cuyo is a tiny village where you can only buy basic stuff. So be sure to bring any special items you need."
