"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. "We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. "Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... "The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect. "
