"It was great. I stay at this location at least 5-6 times a year. They have done a lot of renovations. Because of location, this is the only hotel I will stay when visiting Long Beach. Everything is within walking distance."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly and offering assistance. Securing a parking pass was well worth the extra fee, especially since finding parking at night proved challenging. The parking lot was just 1.5 blocks away, which wasn't too inconvenient. The only drawback was a persistent humming noise, possibly from an electrical box, which bothered my wife enough to describe it as "pressure." Personally, it didn't bother me much, and we both managed to sleep...

"I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful location and our room was sooooo clean and gorgeous view of the pool. Everything was brand new and well kept. BBQ grills, beautiful pool and all the staff members were so polite and made my family and I feel so welcome. The breakfast was great as well. Full buffet of choices every single morning. I definitely recommend this hotel it’s family, couple and business trip friendly!!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "

"Simple studio with basic needs. I liked the different coffee options! Lots of closet space for luggage. Good water temp, awesome location and great and easy communication support with the door issue being opened. I would stay again. :) "
