The staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to organise airport transfers for me. Restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk and the town is unspoiled and stunning. "No había calefacción, hacía un frío insoportable y muchísima humedad, la única solución que nos dieron la noche antes de irnos fue un pequeño calefactor, que era más un calienta manos, fatal, pasamos mucho frío, después continuábamos nuestro viaje varios días que los he tenido que disfrutar resfriada por culpa del frío de esta habitación, muy desagradable la verdad y no había ningún dueño que diera la cara. Quiero poner una reclamación. "

"Pretty good experience, stunning location, great swimming pool area, comfortable bed but room dated, breakfast so so with choice poor, some staff excellent but others seemed inconvenienced by any requests. Not possible to get a coffee or a drink after 11pm which is strange. "
