"The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger.
Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet.
I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...

"Wonderful service and a beautifully kept resort. We ate often at the restaurant and the staff was wonderful there as well. We appreciated the free shuttle in to town and to the airport as well. We would love to return. "

"I had a very comfortable room. Very clean and the bed and pillows were great. Fridge worked well and plenty of hot water. Nice options for breakfast as well. I did have some sportiness with the internet but not enough to ruin my stay. "
