NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional."

"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

"The rooms and suites were extremely spacious, clean and had all the amenities we had hoped for. The staff were very courteous and regularly went out of the way to take care of all our needs and comfort. The local cuisine served in their restaurant was as good as home cooked. The location was spectacular with Mountain Views and exciting drives through forests, with plenty of wild life to look out for."
