"We had a great experience! The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. "Hotel staff claimed they did not have our booking or payment (of course the booking was fully paid). After few minutes they found it and said that they did not recieved any notification and they are fully booked on that day. It was late at night, we had to find another hotel in the area ourselves. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not help us with anything. All they said was they were sorry. We are very disappointed."

"Jama campay was excellent. It’s a little far out, but worth the trip. It’s very quiet, right on the ocean. The beach is very private. There is plenty of space—no waiting for a cabana or lounge chair. The staff is super nice and very attentive. "
