"Accueil épouvantable d'une dame que j'ai appelé au téléphone pour qu'elle puisse faire le check in. Aussi aimable qu'une porte de prison. Elle m'a réclamé un document sur papier et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je ne sais toujours pas lequel. Elle a pris des renseignements inutiles, étonnée même qu'elle ne réclame pas mon groupe sanguin( humour). Le check-in le plus compliqué de toute ma vie. Bref! Pour quelques euros de plus, j'aurais eu 10 fois meilleur accueil et meilleurs prestations. "

"My experience at Hotel Dezudava was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore the surroundings. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which made our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out were the hosts - they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay.
