"Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children.
Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed.
Cleanliness was not good enough. Cobwebs all around the ceiling where it met the wall. Cutlery at breakfast was often dirty. Even when asked staff to clean table, didn't move any items on table and did a half hearted job.
My daughter couldn't sleep the first night because she kept getting bitten. She was originally...

"We were really impressed with our two bed apartment, it had all the cutlery and crockery we could need to cook for ourselves, it was well maintained and clean. The common areas of the building are nicely decorated and inviting, the corridors leading to the apartments look a little worse for wear but once inside the apartment it looked freshly painted.
Great shuttle bus up to Disneyland Paris and the train station, we also made use of the pool which was heated and well looked after. "

"Hôtel très bien située, proche du centre commercial et de la vallée village. L’hôtel est également à 10min en voiture de Disneyland.

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in.
Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready.
Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "
