"Staff was great hotel is very homelike"

"Excellent breakfast Very good clean hotel "

"This stay was convenient and the customer service was a would highly recommend "

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

"The hotel was affordable. Loved the airport shuttle bus service and the distance to MXP airport. However, the wall was too thin. I could hear the neighbors and the suitcases wheels sounds in the hallway from my bed."

"Lovely experience, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast:-)"

"An interesting hotel at first sight. You have the feeling of having arrived in a world hotel, with so many objects and things to see. The hotel is very traditional, not very inviting from the outside, but all the more exciting inside. The hotel lets you feel the family management."

"Clean spacious room with helpful staff and a nice restaurant."

"very kind and friendly staff "

"A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"Nice place for a short visit . The view was amazing!"

"櫃枱服務人員 very nice and beautiful. The hotel location is good. 房間很大，但裝潢老舊。"

"The location was great, and the staff were amazing :)"

"Very friendly staff. Location is on a fairly busy street, but good food options very close."

"The hotel is a little remote, but it was an easy drive to Malpensa Airport. It's a well-maintained facility, although business seemed pretty slow during my stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating, giving an upgrade to make certain that wifi would be accessible in the room. It's located in the residential area of a small town, and I imagine that it would be a pleasant place to explore if one had more than a single night."

"No air conditioning but the staff was able to get us a fan which helped a lot. It’s an older building but fits the general vibe of the town. Overall, was fine for our stay in Orta."

"Hotel Moderno is a decent and good price/quality stay."

"I really didn't want to give this place a bad review, and I feel bad about this. The man that greeted us was friendly and offered us a free upgrade into a room with one big bed instead of two single beds. He then showed us a small room with a balcony and small bathroom that we thought was ok. And then... The room was extremely hot and there was no fan. Unfortunately, by having the windows open, a must with the heat, we were attacked by swarms of mosquitoes. To make things worse, the mattress...

"Very friendly staff, Very nicely priced meal which was very tasty and traditional and the vino blanco was lovely, slept like a log, the breakfast was ok and the coffee was the kick I needed...not bad atall"

"So great and food was absolutely amazing "
