"El lugar cuenta con lo básico sin embargo se fue la luz en la primera noche y fue imposible dormir por el calor. Debería hablar un trapero para limpiar el baño. Sería muy interesada que se complementará la estadía con planes ecológicos como limpiar la playa del frente al alojamiento ya que es demasiado sucia (plástico, vidrio, calzado, etc). "The property was flooded by the river in December. They are remaking all the gardens. The front desk people are terrible. They dont have information and are the opposite of a client service. The food is wonderful. It is an eco-hotel without running water in the toilets but that is part of the philosophy. Tryed to pay with the credit card online so I did not have to pay a surcharge, but the front desk had not updated the system so it could not be done and had to pay a surcharge."
