I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Der Hofwirt ist ein aussergewoehnliches Hotel mit sehr schoenen, grossen Zimmern. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, so dass man sich ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause fuehlt. Nicht verpassen darf man das Restaurant, mit tollen regionalen Produkten. Der Grillabend war definitiv mein Favorit. In den Hofwirt werde ich jederzeit sehr gerne wieder einkehren. Mit oder ohne Uebernachtung."
