I was only saved by my adamant insistence that they call their next superior as the manager of the day walked away from me saying she knew nothing of what I was saying. "The hotel and the staff are very good. They do a good job of taking care of you and making you comfortable. The problem is that we made a paid & guaranteed reservation and when we arrived they had no record of the reservation. We had to find a different hotel because they were fully booked. That place did not work out and we had to find yet another hotel, which again did not work out because it was located next to a very loud lounge at night. We ended up back at the Dream Palace a few days...

"They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height). Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe. "
