"Great room, comfortable bed, great breakfast."

"Friendly. Great staff. No luggage carts could be found. It seems other patrons leave them in their rooms so we had to carry all of our luggage out. Great hotel but a lot of homeless people in the surrounding parking lot. Be sure and take all of your belongings from your car. "

"I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!"

The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield."
