"We didn't know that you needed to request to have your room cleaned. Apparently we were supposed to have been told that upon check in, but did not receive the message until we asked. Not a biggie as we generally don't ask for our room to be cleaned until after about the third day. The air conditioning in the room is hard to control and the vent blows directly at the bed with no way to angle it. "We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced. "The room was large and very nice decor . The bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub but the shower door didn’t close . The pool was nice but the spa was closed. The free breakfast was nice. All in all we had a good stay . "
