"Would never go back there or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff are a bounch of crooks. I had a emergency back home with my mother in law who is in hospice and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the 2 nights. They call a cab to pick us up and take us to the capital of Tunisia and charged us 183.00 USD when the cost was really 30.00 USD. We ended up having to call the tourism police where they gave us our money back. All corrupt would not back."

"Il faut arréte de trompé les gean avec de faux avis tout etait nul a l'arrivée nous étions même pas enregistré il a falu attendre apres la chambre etait bouré d'araignée et de petit lézard yavai une couétte pour 3 mdrr du reclamé 3 foi pour en avoir une de plus le restaurant etait trop petit pour tout le monde on a mangé débout les pizza yavai plus au bout d1 heures!! sur 10 personnes discuter avec tous etait mécontent et se son fai avoir sur de faux avis la picine etai pas sécurisé les tuyaux...

Was ich absolut unmöglich finde, die Animateure waren zwar da aber wirklich arbeiten konnten sie nicht. Wenn der Chef der Animation nicht selber Batterien oder Bälle für Tischtennis gekauft hätte, hätten die Gäste nicht einmal Tischtennis spielen können.
