We had questions about the local area and they were more than happy to help us! Michael at the desk helped us out with information and was kind enough to provide us a late checkout, because we needed to make repairs. "

"The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed."

"The breakfast was ok. We didn’t have many interactions with staff. Shops nearby are conveniently located and much to do . We were happy with our stay, clean and up to date. There is a train that runs right by the hotel and runs often. It didn’t bother us but should be noted. Still would recommend. "

" Great service but the room needs improvement. The staff are excellent, but my bathroom had no ventilation, leading to unpleasant smells. The breakfast was very simple, and the $22 overnight parking fee was quite expensive for what was offered. "

"The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I didn’t want to get up! The black out curtains were great, and the AC was cold- perfect conditions for good sleep! I loved the gym and the pool and spa. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."
