Pessimo il servizio di accoglienza e la ristorazione con tempi di attesa infiniti anche per piatti semplici come la pasta al pomodoro.
La colazione di base, senza particolari prelibatezze, sfortunatamente la macchina dei waffle si è rotta durante il ns.soggiorno.

"Il Terminillo è un posto molto bello ma abbandonato dall’amministrazione. In quest’hotel c’è il massimo impegno per rendere piacevole la permanenza. Ristorante dell’hotel buonissimooo!
