"I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that I had paid. That wasn't okay."

Please remove it from hotels.com. the big tents are disgusting, no water available in bathrooms (finally they brought small tanks and actived a small generator for the pump), no electricity in the room to charge cameras and phones. "Very nice. Had basic room first night and it was wonderful. They upgraded us for free the second night as they had a room available and it was way beyond any expectations we could have had. Such nice people. Very nice place. I wouldn’t call it a camp when it felt more like a resort. Really good food as well."

"The staff is excellent very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice room but the cold water shower is not great. It was a really nice local find. There are many mosquitoes so come prepared with anti-mosi stuff. The room is quite hot so I would imagine in summer it might be unpleasant. They did have a fan which helped a lot for sleeping. There is a bar for drinks and food. Very basic meals but made really well. We had vegetarian meals "
