"great old city location. but with that comes (expected) noise from early morning bin collections etc. everything is a balance. super hotel. clean. high quality finish. great staff. v helpful. got us Granada Pass tickets (we didn’t know about them). if only the room had had a kettle. fridge would also have been useful. overall - great 5 day stay. thank you"

The staff were very accommodating to our needs for storing luggage before and after we were checked in so we could maximize our enjoyment of the city between our arrival and departure by train.
