"The property and the view were outstanding .Staff were friendly and helpful.The Resort is a winner. My only complaint was the Wi Fi connection was a disaster ,.Constantly buffering .The TV was a smart TV so it relied upon the Wi Fi connection and the service was down 50% of the time. However I do not go on holiday to watch TV and this is a problem with the Service Provider and not San Lameer. Overall I had a lovely stay. ."

I don't feel comfortable to supply the FICA documents they require for the refundable deposit and I think it is unacceptable how long it takes to return the refundable deposit despite how they demand information from guests... Also, the pre-registration process for Security Access Control is a nightmare!!!"

"The staff were all friendly. The place was clean and we had a wonderful view. Kids could go to the beach (17 and 16 year olds) alone and we could still see them from the window. Was a great get away from Smogville! We had a challenge with not know if the pass was snowed in and they had no problem with allowing us to stay an extra evening. Thank you"

"When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. Shower was out of control. But seemingly I had a nice relaxing time there. You cannot beat the view and having breakfast over looking the ocean in the distance."
