"HORRIBLE. Tubotel has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I made a reservation months in advance via hotels.com. Once I arrived, the attendant attempted to extort my friend and claiming our online reservation was invalid and demanded we pay multiple times the online amount. We waited for the other receptionist to come, who claimed that she did not have our reservation, then hours later printed out my reservation.
