"Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed "

"The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!"

"We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. "Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away.
