"Even before we checked in, Kasha had helped us rent a Jeep and answered tons of questions for us. We stayed at the Island Oasis and it was such a relaxing place to return to each evening. All the staff, including those at the Sugarcane restaurant and front office always greeted us with a smile and were extremely professional. "We made arrangements for the hotel to pick up at at airport, Upon arrival, no one was there... we called multiple times, no answer. Finally a Man the airport was able to reach someone who walked over to the hotel and told them we were waiting. 45 minutes later someone finally arrived. Surprisingly when we checked in we were upgraded to a Waterfront front room, and offered a late check out when we were leaving..... rough start but, this more than made up for it. The staff were all very kind,...

"Great proximity to the airport. The hotel has an excellent restaurant on the top floor and great bakery across the street. We stayed there on our last day in Tortola. Long Bay is a short ($10) taxi ride away and has a beautiful beach. This allowed us to kill our last afternoon on the beach before catching an early morning flight."
