Compare and book 3 Star hotels in Niiza, Saitama Prefecture

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that...

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it

Great location. Clean room. Great free amenities

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Well presented and clean

Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi. Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Loved the onsen to relax at the end of a busy day. The air con meant we were comfortable after a hot humid day. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, right next to two train stations. Fairly quiet area compared to other options.

Relaxing stay, great for the start or end of a trip to Japan.

Very helpful and English speaking staff

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds. Very modern and comfortable. Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

My experience at this hotel went incredibly well. The location itself is highly convenient, and the attention to detail throughout the property was excellent, with the rooms being absolutely spotlessly clean. The room itself was very well-designed, featuring a continuous airflow system that kept the space feeling fresh. All the essentials were thoughtfully provided, but my absolute favourite part had to be the sleeping kimono 👘 . After experiencing how incredibly comfortable it was, I am...

Perfect little rooms! The only issue is the wait for the elevator.

Great location, central and close to train stations, the lobby staff and cleaners were super friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again

Loved this place. Location is excellent and then hotel generally has a really nice vibe. The on site coffee shop and bar are both great and do amazing drinks. The rooms are basic but perfectly serviceable. Showers are hot and powerful. Beds are comfortable and amenities available. Only issues we had were that our room wasn’t cleaned as we were advised it would be halfway through our stay. We raised twice with reception but unfortunately it never happened. Despite this, I’d really recommend...

The hotel is situated at the best location in Shinjuku.

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.
